THE COMMON THREAD
Each sector is anchored in something physical.
Reserves in the ground, licensed quarries, built infrastructure, manufacturing capacity, distribution networks. Asset-backed businesses behave differently through a cycle — they are slower to build and harder to displace.
That is why the Group can hold an oil shale project and a hospitality equipment business under the same thesis.

This is the Group’s deepest sector and the clearest expression of its asset-backed thesis. Three companies hold reserves, licences and quarries in Jordan and Palestine, with product moving into energy, agriculture, industry and construction markets.
Development is long-cycle by nature. The Group’s role is to fund it patiently, govern it properly, and build the operating capability that turns a resource into production.

Capability is held in permanent regional teams rather than assembled per project, which is what allows delivery across five countries at once.

Asian Galaxy LLC
Multidisciplinary contracting across hospitality, commercial, residential and infrastructure projects.
The sector pairs two very different capabilities: a biotechnology manufacturer producing stem cell–derived exosome products at commercial scale, and a healthcare delivery business that builds, equips and maintains medical facilities.
Both are held for the same reason — healthcare demand is structural, and neither regulated manufacturing nor turnkey facility delivery is easy to stand up quickly.

Three businesses connect the Group’s assets to markets: a UAE commodity trading desk operating on bank-to-bank terms, a MENA consumer electronics distributor with offices in China and Australia, and a Jordan-based brokerage and advisory firm.
Compliance is the operating constraint, not an afterthought — secure banking channels, documented due diligence and a risk-controlled framework on every transaction.
